Back Neck and Shoulder Massage

This is where most people carry their tightness and tension, particularly at the top of back and shoulders.

After having a chat to assess your needs and requirements I will get to work on the muscles along the back and around the shoulders using a variety of techniques. I will feel for "knots" and begin to iron them out, leaving your muscles glowing and energised. Clients with joint issues or elderly clients can still benefit from this type of massage and I will gauge the treatment accordingly.
